You're not just sharing a photo and a bio here — you're sharing your community, your family, your horoscope, your story. We built MATCHMATRIX to treat that trust with the weight it deserves, at every step, for every profile.
Before a profile goes live on MATCHMATRIX, it passes through a review step. This isn't a marketing claim about "AI verification" — it's a straightforward human review and approval process, the same discipline any serious matrimony platform owes its members.
You complete your details, photos, and preferences during onboarding — the same information a family would want to know before considering an alliance.
Profiles carry a review status and go through our team's approval before they're shown to other members — a check on completeness and authenticity, not just a rubber stamp.
Review doesn't stop at onboarding. Reported profiles and flagged activity are looked at again by our team, and access can be restricted if something doesn't check out.
Matrimony data is some of the most personal data there is — community, marital history, horoscope, family background. Here's how we handle it with care.
If your profile reflects a second marriage or a previous marriage, it is kept in a completely separate, segregated pool from first-marriage (never-married) profiles — with its own privacy controls for what you choose to share about your journey. The two pools are never mixed, at the search level or the scoring level.
You can hide your profile, deactivate your account temporarily, or delete it altogether, along with your data — directly from the app, whenever you choose. Nobody else can see a profile you've hidden or deactivated.
Your phone number is not handed out with your profile. It's shared only after both sides mutually accept a connection — not the moment someone views or expresses interest.
We don't sell your personal data, and we limit who on our own team and among our service providers can access it, to what's needed to run the Platform. For the full legal detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
You're always in control of who can reach you and what you see.
If a conversation or a profile makes you uncomfortable, you can block that person directly from the app. Once blocked, they can no longer view your profile or contact you.
Fake photos, inappropriate messages, or anything that doesn't belong on a matrimony platform can be reported in a few taps. Reports go to our team for review, not into a void.
Repeated reports carry real consequences. When a profile or status update receives enough reports, it is automatically disabled pending review — it doesn't sit and wait for someone to notice. This is a built-in safeguard, on top of our team's manual moderation, not a substitute for it.
This page is the human-readable version of how we think about your safety. For the full legal terms — what we collect, how disputes are handled, what happens to your data — read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We'd rather you understood both.
