Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, packs, and features ("Paid Services") purchased on the MatchMatrix Platform, operated by In-Finite Dreams Technologies Pvt Ltd. By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Nature of Paid Services

Paid Services provide access to digital features and tools of the Platform — such as the ability to express interest, unlock certain insights, or use premium features — for a stated validity period. They are delivered and activated immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Paid Services buy access to features only. They do not buy, promise, or guarantee any match, response, partner, or marriage.

3. General Refund Position

Because Paid Services are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable once the Paid Service has been activated or used.

You may stop using a Paid Service at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, if any, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past period. Any auto-renewal settings can be managed in your account or through the relevant app store, where applicable.

5. Failed, Duplicate, or Incorrect Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the Paid Service was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days at support@matchmatrix.in with the transaction details. On verification, we will credit the corresponding Paid Service, or refund the duplicate or excess amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The time for any approved refund to reflect in your account depends on the provider and your bank, and is typically completed within 5 to 10 business days.

6. How to Request

To raise a billing issue or refund request, email support@matchmatrix.in from your registered email address, with your registered mobile number, the transaction date and amount, and the payment reference. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
